Teknath Niraula is a dedicated chef and entrepreneur from Nepal, currently based in the United States. With a passion for creating authentic and flavorful dishes, Teknath is the driving force behind Tandoori Wings a vibrant restaurant offering a unique blend of traditional and contemporary flavors. Since 2009, Teknath has been working as a chef in Indian restaurants, and he has gained invaluable experience in Michelin-awarded restaurants in Orlando Los Angeles and Las Vegas since 2009.
Every spice and ingredient he uses is made from scratch by hand, reflecting the way his mom, dad, and grandma cooked. He brings the fragrances and spices of his heritage into his culinary creations. As a Vipassana meditation teacher, Teknath brings a mindful approach to both his culinary creations and business practices. Amazing!!! Loved the lollipop chicken, garlic naan, and chicken tikka masala. Highly recommend mango lassi and Thai tea as well. We went for lunch and the restaurant was super neat and quiet. Will be back next time we’re in Louisville!
